Event Plans

There are several events that I'm looking forward to competing in, like this one and this one and then this series and at least this triathlon too.


Any suggestions on how to keep motivated through winter temps like the ones heading our way?


All I'm going to want to do, is leave work, get home as fast as possible and put on my warm fuzzy slippers and curl up on the couch after eating dinner....but what I need to do is contintue to go to the gym right after work, get in the pool, swim, run, spin, on alternating days.

keep that mental picture of how you will look and feel at all these great events!

I can't say enough how great having rollers in your basement is when it's -7 out.

I would like to know who knows the difference between zero and four degrees? The bright side is the days are getting longer :-)

I know the difference...it's four degrees. Now if you asked the difference between four and eight degrees, I would have to start cipher'n some.

If you go to the liquor store in the morning, you will avoid the long lines later in the day.
